Samantha Piercy

about

I have done all the hard sh*t. I’ve already learned all the lessons and made the hard decisions. I’ve said goodbye to clients, turned down work, unapologetically raised my prices, stopped giving friends and family discounts, I’ve said goodbye to all my Saturday clients, I’ve said goodbye to all my evening clients, I’ve had the hard conversations needed to make the changes in my business. I learned to take my craft, my art, and my passion for Hair into a successful + profitable career.

Get Real With Samantha

And the best part? All while having a family and being home for dinner and bedtime stories.

How to pay myself as an employee so I can file for maternity leave and disability leave

How to set myself up for future success with retirement accounts

How to prepare for the day I no longer want to work behind the chair anymore

How to create savings accounts for my children

How to prioritize my well being, my family and yet still be present and show up to work with the best effort possible

How to transition my whole book of business in less than 2 years

How to take off 8 weeks of work in 1 year and still made over six figures by using these formulas

I've learned:

Xx, Samantha

“This business came from things I did that were hard in my own business, mistakes I made, growing pains, and realizations. I made the time to invest in my business to understand how things work - how to price things properly to have a more profitable business, establish boundaries, have those hard conversations with clients, and not be afraid to say goodbye or no.

It was SO hard, but I reaped the benefits once I implemented those big changes into my business. I was seeing so much more success that I wanted to share what I’ve learned and how to implement it with my girls in the salon so they could reap those benefits too.

And that’s how A Wealthy Hairstylist and the Academy was born - to share those resources with you too!”

A Wealthy Hairstylist is all about mentoring and educating independent hairstylists so they can boost profits, increase the organization of their business, and achieve financial empowerment in their business, on their own terms.
